Once the insurance reimbursement is successfully processed, we kindly request that your payment be settled within the allocated 14-day timeframe. 2. Payment Options

We have implemented a streamlined billing process wherein invoices are directed to our patients or their designated power of attorneys. This approach not only simplifies administrative tasks for retirement home and long-term care staff but also ensures efficient and direct communication.

To ensure a smooth financial interaction, Toothpicks kindly requests that all invoice payments be settled within 14 days of the provided service. We offer various convenient payment methods, including e-transfer, VISA, MasterCard, cash, or cheque. When utilizing e-transfer or cheque, please take care to include the patient’s name and/or account number to facilitate accurate processing.

We believe in maintaining transparency, and it’s important to note that a service charge of 1.5% per month (equivalent to 18% per annum) will be applied to any unpaid invoices. This policy aims to ensure timely and responsible settlements. Your cooperation is highly appreciated as it contributes to the smooth operation of our financial processes.
